The Story of StayBalanced™
15 years of research by the Israeli farmer Hagai Barak has produced a unique Stevia plant with extreme potency.
It was a breakthrough revelation, identifying specific formulation from the Stevia leaves, that help Diabetics in lowering and maintaining optimal blood sugar levels
By using proprietary cultivating, harvesting and newly developed drying techniques, he is able to grow his plants in Israel’s Galilee region (with its uniquely fertile mountain soil). Using additional proprietary methods, he than developed technology that put the StayBalanced™ formulation into capsules.
OUR MISSION
Organital was established with a clear vision: to solve the acute problem that Diabetics are facing, namely, the unknown dreadful readings of the daily testing using a blood glucose monitor. We developed StayBalanced™ to help people with metabolic syndrome …we believe that people can be in control, not fearing the roller coaster rides and the on-off sugar levels spikes… and that Diabetes and heart disease are not an inevitable outcome!
HOW DID WE ACCOMPLISH IT
Using a novel Technology aimed at producing Specially grown Stevia plant formulation autonomous from leaves to be packed in capsules that are all Natural (HPMC).
StayBalanced™ capsules are all natural (HPMC) consisting of wood pulp and cellulose based structure (versus the common Amino Acid structure of the Gelatin capsules).

Hagai Barak established OrganiTal with a vision to make high-quality natural solutions accessible to every household. “From the beginning,” he explains, “I recognized the disconnect between the potential of medicinal plants and how they were being utilized. Dr. Dorit Arad serves as OrganiTal’s scientific powerhouse. As an internationally renowned scientist specializing in biotechnology, she brings over 30 years of research and development experience. Her impressive track record includes more than 100 published scientific papers and approximately 50 international patents. “Science is the foundation of everything we do,” says Dr. Arad. “We don’t just rely on traditional knowledge – we research, validate, and enhance every product until it meets our standards of excellence.”
Doron Shaprir served as the International Markets Development Manager. At Quadlogic Controls Corporation, which he co-founded in 1982, he was responsible for business development and international sales, overseeing systems planning and technical support. Previously at Electro-Fun, he invented and developed products, and until 1984, he represented National Semiconductor Corporation, where he earned Global Salesperson of the Year. Earlier in his career, he worked in digital design and software development as chief engineer and manager at Codata Corporation.
Yiftach Rotem, our Digital Marketing Director and online innovation expert, leads OrganiTal’s digital transformation. “Our challenge,” he explains, “is making our advanced science and premium quality accessible to everyone. We achieve this through engagement, transparency, and direct customer relationships.”
